FIRE-1744 - USA (Sanford, North Carolina) - Warehouse Fire Sprinkler System - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide warehouse fire sprinkler system to the government authority located in Sanford, NC.• This contractor includes all equipment, transport permits, permits, etc., if necessary, to bring any rigging, materials, equipment etc• FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM – This contractor shall provide a completely engineered fire protection system to include all engineered calculations and shop drawings, and obtain necessary permit from the agency• The scope of work is to include, but not limited to, all piping, hangers, heads, valve cabinets, hose cabinets, spare head cabinet, flow alarms, tamper switches (including at any PIV’s, double check connectors, backflows, etc., if any), inspector test connections, chain and lock for valves, and all labeling (including signs, if required).• Provide all piping, heads, iron pipe, galvanized piping, couplings, supports, firestopping, sleeving, etc. required to provide a complete and operable system.• Provide all various sprinkler head types, including but not limited to exposed, recessed, semi–recessed, sidewall, etc. (as required).• Sprinkler piping configuration and layout shall be routed as to minimize conflicts with current agency ductwork, plumbing, electrical and equipment• Sprinkler head layout shall be symmetrical with room size and configuration and light fixture pattern and shall be located so conflicts are avoided.• Fire Line Service and connection shall be provided to the site as required to provide a fully functioning fire sprinkler system• This contractor is to provide a complete sprinkler system to cover the warehouse storage area, current office area, and mezzanine area that will be reconfigured through future renovation work(2) The contract period will be for one year.
