WATER-1031 - USA (Midland, Texas) - Turnkey Arsenic Pretreatment Services - Deadline December 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey arsenic pretreatment services to the government authority located in Midland, TX. – The Contractor shall provide a complete turnkey treatment and shall furnish every item reasonably necessary to receive raw groundwater, treat it for arsenic, consistently meet the applicable contractual performance and treated water quality requirements, deliver the accepted treated water to the agency at the designated connection, and manage all resulting residuals. • Conduct confirmatory sampling, including arsenic speciation when needed to support the proposed process and performance guarantee, accounting for reasonably expected well combinations and source–water variability.• Evaluate pH, alkalinity, silica, phosphate, vanadium, iron, manganese, sulfate, TDS, hardness, and other constituents that could affect arsenic treatment or media life.• Perform survey, utility locating, geotechnical investigation, hydraulic verification, electrical–load evaluation, and constructability review as required to verify existing conditions and support final design and installation.• Submit a sealed basis–of–design report documenting raw–water assumptions, process selection, design loading, vessel sizing, media capacity, chemical demand, waste production, head loss, recovery, redundancy, and expected media replacement frequency.• Influent, intermediate, and effluent sample points located to support media–breakthrough monitoring and process troubleshooting.• Isolation, bypass, drainage, flushing, backwash, residual collection, and emergency shutdown facilities.• Redundant or parallel treatment trains adequate to maintain required flow and compliance with all required treatment performance standards during routine media changeout and planned maintenance.• Flow measurement and billing–quality metering at the accepted treated–water delivery point.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for ten years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 04, 2026.
