MB-10351 - USA (Louisiana) - Unemployment Cost and Claims Management Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unemployment cost and claims management services.– Manage and represent the city’s interest relative to unemployment compensation.– Maintain a central control for receipt of separation data and payroll data provided by city departments.– Maintain a continuing research program and audit benefit payments and charges, thus identifying the source of erroneous or unwarranted payments and reasons therefore and formatting a procedure for correction of these deficiencies of commission or omission.– Research and recommend legislative and policy changes necessary for protection of the city's and the sheriff's rights under the rules and regulations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 11, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
