Munro Road Resilience and Urban Upgrade

Waikato District Council (WDC) is seeking a suitably experienced civil contractor to deliver the Munro Road Resilience and urban upgrade physical works under one contract. The works include major culvert upgrades, road raising, earthworks, pavement reconstruction, stormwater and retaining works, utility interfaces, footpaths, lighting, signs, barriers, environmental controls, traffic management, quality assurance, reinstatement and handover documentation. The successful contractor must safely deliver the controlled design, comply with all consent and statutory requirements, manage live-road and community interfaces, and achieve Practical Completion by 2 April 2027.
