(1) Vendor needs to provide design and construction manager services to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL.• Assist city procurement with the request for bidding for the project including creating the scope of work narrative and bid tabulation forms.• Attend the construction pre–bid meeting.• Provide responses to questions during the bid question period.• Assist as needed to review the bids to ensure completeness and compliance.• Review facility drawings.• Respond to RFI and issue field orders.• Process pay applications.• Monitor contractor compliance with requirements.• Conduct weekly project meetings.• Review contractor redlines/record drawings.• Receive and review all warranty documentation, manuals, and training material.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
