(1) Vendor needs to provide CPR and first aid training services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– On–site or blended adult and pediatric Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid Training and Certification Services for resource parents and others to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid Training and Certification.– Provide techniques and education for adult and pediatric CPR and first aid that includes, at a minimum, all requirements specified by the certifying organization for participants to obtain certification. – Training may include online coursework but must include a hands–on skills training session and hands–on skills assessment with an instructor who is present on–site for the duration of the assessment. – On–site training may include in–person, instructor–led coursework and must include a hands–on skills training session and hands–on assessment with an instructor who is present on site for the duration of the assessment.
