SS Advertisement AQ400 Nutrient Analyzer Service Contract

Escambia County is looking for a service contract for our Seal Analytical AQ400 nutrient analyzer to run from October 2025 through September 2026. It is a highly specialized instrument that requires a high level of technical experience to properly maintain, diagnose, and repair. The service contract will cover an annual preventative maintenance visit which includes changing all consumable parts such as the light source, peristaltic pump tubing, and the syringe. Vendor must be able to: Must have access to OEM parts (not on order). Must have technicians able to travel to perform routine preventive maintenance and an emergency repair visit which are included in the cost of the service contract. Must have dedicated technical support online and over the phone. During normal working hours the phone must be permanently manned, and email checked regularly by chemists (or other qualified support technicians) able to troubleshoot the methods, chemistry, and analyzer. Must be able to provide updates for the proprietary software and access to the software. Able to provide a loaner unit in case where the primary instrument is down for an extended period of time and unable to be repaired. Provides a discount on parts and consumables.
