(1) Vendor needs to provide towing and storage of motor vehicles service to the government authority located in Jefferson City, MO.                           – To deliver 24/7/365, highly responsive towing, recovery, and secure vehicle storage services.– Historical data indicates that the City handles an average volume of approximately 500 municipal tow requests per fiscal year.– Municipal Fleet Towing: Transporting incapacitated City–owned vehicles.– Evidentiary Seizures: Transporting and securely isolating vehicles under chain–of–custody for law enforcement investigations.– Abandoned Vehicle Mitigation: Removing non–evidentiary abandoned or junk vehicles from public and private property to maintain public safety and right–of–way compliance.(2) The contract period will be one year.
