DRA-11887 - USA (South Lake Tahoe, California) - Traffic Analysis Service - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic analysis service to the government authority located in South Lake Tahoe, CA. • Consultant will develop traffic volume forecasts for a peak that may reflect either a summer peak or peak with school in session.• Consultant will perform level of service of before and after implantation of all–way stop control• Consultant will provide a recommendation for installing or not installing a device.• Consultant will evaluate criteria, if they exist, for installation of devices.• Consultant will compare the advantages and disadvantages from both operational and safety perspectives• Evaluation should consider the closure in combination with either the all–way stop scenario and the scenario.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 23, 2026.
