(1) Vendor needs to provide local hotel partnership program service to the government authority located in TX. – Deliver lodging accommodation and related services. • Negotiated fixed nightly room rates and percentage discounts from publicly available rates, with clearly defined seasonal rates, blackout dates, room–type terms, and tax–exempt accommodations.• Maintain a hotel property located within five miles of the agency campus.• Provide a dedicated reservation method for agency guests, such as a customized booking link, promotional rate code, dedicated reservation contact, or other streamlined booking mechanism.• Provide any guest benefits that enhance the visitor experience, such as complimentary parking, breakfast, Wi–Fi, shuttle transportation, flexible cancellation policies, early check–in and late checkout options, waived fees, room upgrades when available, loyalty program eligibility, and discounted meeting or event space.• Provide reservation assistance, customer service, and timely response to lodging–related inquiries.• Provide a streamlined direct–billing option for authorized agency stays, supported by itemized invoices, transparent billing practices and clearly established controls to ensure accuracy and accountability.• Provide utilization and rate data upon request.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
