(1) Vendor needs to provide universal pre–kindergarten program service to the government authority located in New Rochelle, NY. – Minimum of 5 hours per day, five days per week program for the four–year–olds (children born in 2023) for at least 180 days during the 2027–2028 school year for a full day program.– Able to screen the new entrants and progress monitor as per child screening and assessment.– Adopt district approved quality indicators of assessment using evidence–based research that is developmentally appropriate and aligned with the district’s curriculum of instruction.– Provide support services to children and families such as social and health related services by partnering with the district and other established partners.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
