(1) Vendor needs to provide substance abuse counseling services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.• Counseling services for family drug court participants are in need of individual treatment.• Ongoing assessment of the participant• Individual counseling of the participant• Group counseling of the participant with curriculum that provides instruction concerning how to make appropriate choices and strategies to avoid or recover from relapse• Diagnostic evaluation, which will involve the identification of the substance abused• Social and symptom history.• Individual and family strengths and challenges, with the term ‘family’ defined to include the participant’s significant other, support group, services that will address present life situations, and needs.• Coordination of referrals for participants requiring more intensive medical and mental health services to other providers, as appropriate.• A pre–test must be administered and incorporated as part of the assessment process.• Individual sessions should not exceed one (1) hour and shall be provided in the participants language of literacy and be sensitive to ethnicity, culture, development, sexual orientation, gender medical and/or educational issues.• Group counseling sessions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
