(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND.– Mop floors– Clean sinks, toilets, water fountains, hand dryers, and other fixtures– Empty waste receptacles. Place garbage in dumpster, inform NDDOT if garbage overflowsdumpster– Clean mirrors– Clean faucets– Pick up litter– Fill soap dispensers and fill toilet paper dispensers– Clean picnic tables– Remove graffiti– Clean upper lobby windows, inside and outside.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
