This invitation is a continuation of the procurement process initiated through Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors’ pre-qualification process and Request for Expression of Interest (2025-04). As such, proposals are only being requested from the firms listed below. Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors requests the submission of proposals for: CON0025816 Hwy 43:08 Asphalt Concrete pavement (ACP) and other works L1 Km 1.140 to Km 22.400 Hwy 49:12 Asphalt Concrete pavement (ACP) and other works C1 Km 43.500 to Km 47.160 Hwy 43:08 Asphalt Concrete pavement (ACP) and other works R1 Km 1.140 to Km 14.000 Preliminary Engineering, Detailed Design, Contract Tendering, Construction Supervision and Contract Management, Post Construction and Warranty Inspection Services ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (ACP), AND OTHER WORK CON0025817 Hwy 43:10 Asphalt Concrete pavement (“ACP”) and other works L1 Km 15.966 to Km 19.730 L1 Km 29.600 to Km 47.250 Hwy 43:12 Asphalt Concrete pavement (“ACP”) and other works L1 Km 11.578 to Km 21.640 Preliminary Engineering, Detailed Design, Contract Tendering, Construction Supervision and Contract Management, Post Construction and Warranty Inspection Services ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (ACP), AND OTHER WORK THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TWO SEPARATE FILES; PART ONE (TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS) AND PART TWO (PROPOSAL FEE), PDF DOCUMENTS BOTH LESS THAN 10MB IN SIZE. This is a Request for Proposal and not an Invitation to Tender. Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors reserves the right to: a) Request clarification from the Contractor on a proposal at any time during the evaluation process. b) Accept a proposal without negotiation. c) Reject a proposal without negotiation d) Negotiate changes in the Technical or Financial content of the successful proposal. No payment will be made by Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors for costs incurred in the preparation or submission of this proposal. Selection of the Consultant will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors and not necessarily the lowest cost estimate.
