(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering consultant services to the government authority located in Delaware, PA. – Provide comprehensive professional services for the planning, survey, environmental review, design, and construction phase support for a new shared–use walking and bicycle trail in agency. – Provide a safe, accessible, non–motorized transportation and recreation corridor connecting existing and planned pedestrian and bicycle facilities– The project consists of the full development of a shared–use path (walking and bicycling).• Project management and coordination.• Survey and mapping.• Environmental review and permitting.• Geotechnical investigation.• Easement and right–of–way plans.• Preliminary design.• Final design.• Construction phase services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
