Easement Clearing Services

Please visit the James City County website for in-depth details.The scope of this contract is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for easement clearing. Outlined below are Contractor responsibilities. The Contractor shall be required to use Virginia Commercial Applicators for Herbicide applications. Certifications in category 5A (Aquatic Pest Control) and category 6 (Right of Way Pest Control) are required. JCSA will require that the Contractor who is awarded the contract shall have all required certifications to comply with all laws and regulations associated with the work. Inspections will be made by JCSA 15-30 days following application to assess the effectiveness of the application.
