(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Galveston, TX. • Clean & disinfect all restrooms.• Restock all supplies.• Empty all trash and sanitary napkin containers.• Place fresh liners in each receptacle.• Sweep and wet mop hard surface floors, using fresh/clean mop water.• Clean commodes and urinals inside and out using germicidal treatment.• Vacuum all carpet areas and mats.• Clean sinks and countertops using a germicidal treatment.• Clean all mirrors and fixtures.• Spot clean partitions and wall.• Clean scuffmarks and gum from floors.• Spot mop as needed.• Clean interior partition glass.• Clean all entrance glass doors.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
