Facilities Electrical Services

The City is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed electrical contractors to provide citywide electrical services in support of the Facilities, Maintenance & Operations Department. The selected contractor(s) will perform a range of electrical work as needed, which may include troubleshooting and repairs, service upgrades, new installations, preventative maintenance, and code-compliance corrections across multiple City facilities and sites. This solicitation is intended for firms with demonstrated experience delivering responsive service, strong safety practices, and the ability to support both planned work and time-sensitive needs.
