(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing provider and employer of record services to the government authority located in Louisville, KY.• Preparation and issuance of payroll checks.• Resolving payroll discrepancies.• Monitoring missing timesheets.• Automated reminders to students and supervisors.• Identifying excessive absences or tardiness.• Flagging participants approaching maximum hours.• Direct deposits or pay cards for employed participants.• Remittance of all payroll taxes.• The filing of all required payroll tax returns, and W–2 wage and tax statements.• Providing W–2 replacement and support.• Handling employment verification requests.• Assisting with the onboarding of registered subsidized program participants.• Collecting necessary pre–hire paperwork and IDs.• Hosting onboarding sessions in collaboration with staff at mutually agreed upon locations that are easily accessible for student participants, many of whom face transportation difficulties.• Explaining pay checks, deductions, taxes, pay cards, direct deposit, etc.• Assist with changes to participant information including, but not limited to banking info, address, or other contact information.• Helping with soft skills and leadership training during Weeks 1 and 8.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
