(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed real estate broker services to the government authority located in New Haven, CT– Provide comprehensive marketing and sales services for multiple affordable homeownership units developed or managed through City–sponsored housing initiatives.– Marketing and Listing– Market all properties while under construction and upon completion– Buyer Outreach and Education– Provide prospective buyers with clear information regarding the City’s affordable homeownership programs, requirements, and processes.– Coordination and Access– Schedule and coordinate property viewings for prospective buyers, mortgage brokers, bank appraisers, inspectors, and other authorized parties.– Weekly written status updates summarizing marketing activities, inquiries, buyer readiness, and pending offers.– Documentation of buyer outreach, homebuyer counseling referrals, and credit readiness efforts.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
