(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative and technical support services to the government authority located in ID.– Assisting the public by responding to requests for information from walk–in and telephone customers as well as electronic and regular mail information request.– Provides on–the–job training and user assistance to information access centre employees andmembers of the public, in accessing and retrieving land and mineral records including the land status patent records and case file information residing on automated systems.– Identifies errors in data and corrects inaccurate data in the collections and billings system (CBS) system.– Monitors and reports on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisor's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines and quality have been met.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
