(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communication and integrated marketing advisor services.– Integrated marketing and communications strategies, inclusive of social media strategies– Executive communications and stakeholder engagement plans– Crisis communications and issues management strategies– Media relations counsel and executive media training– Brand strategy, governance, and reputation management– Executive Strategy & Strategic Planning: – Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Chancellor and Cabinet on executive strategy and strategic planning.– Enterprise Marketing, Brand & Communications: – Ensure integrated marketing planning, brand consistency, and alignment across schools, colleges, and administrative units.– Organizational Leadership & Integrated Marketing and Communications Development: – Assess and strengthen the departmental/operational/functional effectiveness of the Integrated Marketing & Communications organization.– Governance & Performance: – Provide strategic oversight of agency relationships, enterprise marketing planning, and institutional communications governance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
