CLEANING-13299 - USA (New Orleans, Louisiana) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.         – The Contractor shall maintain all glass in doors and entrance areas, both inside and outside, partitions, bookcases, glass tops, and surface glass.– The cleaning frequency of janitorial tasks is based on the level of service assigned to the type and usage of building space.– Spot cleaning is extra cleaning within any of the cleaning categories identified herein.– Vacuum cleaning equipment.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than July 28, 29026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years           (4) An optional pre–proposal site visit will be held on July 21, 2026.(5) This bid is Set–Aside for Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business.
