CLEANING-14216 - USA (Imperial, California) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located Imperial, CA.– These include, but are not limited to, building entrance areas, lobbies, reception areas, hallways, copier areas, workspaces in open areas, circulation areas, libraries, conference rooms, storage areas, stairways, landings and elevators.– Carpet areas shall be vacuumed and left free of dust, dirt, stains or other foreign materials, with no build–up in corners, crevices, under or around furniture.– Doors will be considered clean when both faces, glazing, hardware, kick plates and frame are free of soil, fingerprints, smudges, streaks, stains, scuff marks, water spots and cobwebs.– Devices, machines or other items used to support employees and visitors, including, but not limited to, computers, monitors, UPS units, speakers, telephones, copiers, printers, paper shredders, portable fans, dispensers (e.g., water, ice, soap, paper and water dispensers), appliances (e.g., refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, oven toasters), garbage disposals and outdoor ashtray receptacles, shall be dusted, cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition, free of soil, stains, debris, fingerprints and smudges. High–touch surfaces shall be cleaned and disinfected.– Includes the cleaning of floor coverings, wall base and guards.– Floors shall be swept and mopped. Waste receptacles shall be emptied, cleaned, disinfected and relined.– Shower ceiling, walls, wall base, flooring and plumbing fixtures, curtains and doors shall be dusted, cleaned and disinfected.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
