(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape construction services to the government authority located in Thornton, CO.– Provide landscape construction services on an on–call, as–needed basis under an open–ended general service agreement.– Projects such as streets, traffic signals, curb and gutter, sidewalk, water line installation or repair, sewer line installation or repair, irrigation ditch, stream, or culvert cleaning and/or rehabilitation, grading, earthwork, fencing, sound barriers, retaining walls, guard rails, landscaping, or irrigation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
