Vendor needs to provide fleet management information system.– Systems capable of supporting a multi–facility fleet operation in which individual facilities may manage their own assets, work orders, employees, parts inventory, and operating processes, while still allowing centralized oversight and organization–wide reporting.– system's capabilities for managing vehicle and equipment asset records, including active, retired, and historical assets.– Creating, managing, and reporting on work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, labor, and vehicle downtime.– Managing mechanics and other maintenance employees, including work assignments, labor time, productivity, certifications, and supervisory reporting.– Include information regarding dashboards, standard reports, custom reports, scheduled reports, data exports, and facility–level and organization–wide reporting.– System offers an application programming interface, data import and export tools, or other methods for integrating with systems not currently supported.– Converting and importing data from an existing fleet management system, including asset, work order, maintenance, parts, labor, financial, and historical records.
