Le présent accord cadre a pour objet la mise en place de prestations de chargés de sites de « type factotum niveau 1 » pour l’exploitation-maintenance et la gestion des services du site NANCY HULOT Il n’est pas attendu une prestation de type Building Manager, Facility Management, ni même d’une prestation de maintenance multi-technique mais bien une prestation de chargé de site œuvrant avec des missions de suivi.
