(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery services to the government authority located in Rhode Island. – Providing disaster recovery services and restoration services in all aspects of recovery and reconstruction due to a disaster situation.– Including disasters such as floods, hurricanes, tornadoes or earthquakes, hazardous material spills, infrastructure failure, bio–terrorism, and disastrous IT bugs or failed change implementations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
