(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription of digital audio and video files services. – For Transcription of Digital Audio and Audio Files, from English to English and various other languages to English.– To provide a variety of language services for the following categories:• Transcription of Digital Audio /Video Files;• Telephonic Interpretation Services;• In– Person Interpretation Services;• Sign Language Services; and• Translation Services.• Transcription of Digital Audio and Video Files Requirements– Provide all labor and materials required to transcribe transcript content from audio cassettes, tapes, digital files, CD –ROM or other media, to transcribe copy on paper or other media.• Back–up Language Service Categories Requirements/ Information– In–Person Interpretation Services– Sign Language Interpretation Services– Translation Services(2) The contract period will be three years.
