CONS-23537 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Construction Cost Estimating Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction cost estimating services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Construction Cost Estimators to provide cost consulting services on an as–need basis.– Services may include, but are not limited to project budgeting, construction cost estimating, value engineering, cost control estimates, bid tabulation reviews, and change order cost analysis.– Design–bid–build.– Construction management at risk.– Provide adequate staff to coordinate and support the project at each milestone estimate.– Perform field visits and activities, as required, to become thoroughly familiar with the site and conditions surrounding the site, as well as document the conditions observed on the site.– Advise on the advantages and disadvantages of the various project delivery methods and recommend the appropriate delivery method for specific projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
