1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych, na których prowadzona jest działalność Urzędu Gminy Niedźwiedź i innych jednostek organizacyjnych gminy Niedźwiedź działających w formie jednostek budżetowych, a także domków letniskowych i innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe w terminie od dnia 01.01.2027 r. do dnia 23.12.2027 r. oraz odbieranie odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych usytuowanego w Podobinie nr dz. ew. 1006. 2. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów komunalnych przewidywana do wytworzenia w okresie obowiązywania umowy w 2027 r. wynosi 1 466,0000 Mg (z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych 1 000 MG, z Punktu Selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych 466 MG). 3. Przedmiot zamówienia został szczegółowo opisany w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
