ELECTRIC-0973 - USA (Westchester, New York) - Electric Motor Rewind Service - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electric motor rewind service to the government authority located in Westchester, NY.– Equipment/Service Specifications– The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform a complete rewind of the County's existing 10 HP agency Motors electric motor and return the motor to service. Services shall include:• Disassembly and inspection of the existing motor.• Removal of existing windings and installation of new windings.• Replacement of insulation materials and varnish treatment.• Reassembly, electrical testing, and performance testing.• On–site installation of the rewound motor, including mounting, precision alignment, electrical reconnection, verification of proper rotation, operational testing, and necessary adjustments to return the equipment to service.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
