(1) Vendor needs to provide roadway weather information system and portable changeable message signs services.    – Provide on–site repair, weekly reports, and annual preventative maintenance for the roadway weather information system (RWIS) and portable changeable message signs (PCMS) in addition to RWIS data hosting and management.– Contractor or subcontractor shall maintain a redundant backup server farm to poll the sites RWIS data via Internet Protocol (IP) cell modem connection.– The digital control unit board in the sign and they shall be configured correctly for successful communications at all times.– Data hosting and management, reporting and communications.– The RWIS hosted software user interface.– Display of real–time and historical fixed RWIS data on a user configurable map view page. – RWIS reports and data hosting and management and reporting.– Display of a numerical pavement weather forecast.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
