Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide drone as first responder (DFR) program services to the government authority located in Hawaii. – Comprehensive proposals for a station–based, autonomous Drone as First Responder (DFR) program to include aircraft, docked launch stations, operating software, connectivity, installation, training, and a multi–year support and replacement program– System must integrate with the Department’s existing real–time operations environment– Station–based, autonomous Drone as First Responder program to – Reduce dispatch–to–on–scene response times for high–priority calls for service – Provide responding officers with pre–arrival aerial situational awareness– Integrate aerial imagery and telemetry directly into the Department’s operational situational–awareness platform(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
