Predmet javnega naročila je: Sklop 1: najem dializnih aparatov (8 kos), skupaj z all inclusive vzdrževanjem in dobavo potrošnega materiala za obdobje sedmih (7) let. Podrobnejša specifikacija predmeta naročila je razvidna iz Tehničnih specifikacij, obrazca Ponudba – ponudbeni predračun, osnutka Pogodbe, ter drugih relevantnih delov razpisne dokumentacije. Predmet javnega naročila je:Sklop 2: nakup dializnih aparatov (4 kos), skupaj z vzdrževanjem sistema za obdobje sedmih (7) let in dobavo potrošnega materiala za obdobje sedmih (7) let. Podrobnejša specifikacija predmeta naročila je razvidna iz Tehničnih specifikacij, obrazca Ponudba – ponudbeni predračun, osnutka Pogodbe, Pogodbe o vzdrževanju in zagotavljanju potrošnega materiala, ter drugih relevantnih delov razpisne dokumentacije.
