CSE-24120 - USA (Texas) - License Plate Reader Systems - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide license plate reader systems to the government authority located in Texas. – Supply, install, and configure license plate reader (LPR) cameras.– These systems need to ensure optimal coverage, high–resolution imaging, high reliability, performance and scalability and work with our current video management system.• Fully compatible with Vigilant Solutions (Motorola Solutions) LPR systems, allowing seamless integration into the existing law enforcement database, analytics, and alert systems.• Capable of operating as standard video surveillance cameras, with full compatibility and integration into our Vigilant Solutions (Motorola Solutions)/Milestone XProtect Video Management System (VMS) currently in use.• Ability for remote access• Furnish and install LPR camera systems at designated locations• Provide all necessary mounting hardware, network interfaces, and power supplies.• Systems must be operational in outdoor environments 24/7.• System must comply with all applicable state and federal data privacy standards.• All cameras must be (similar to or equal) to the latest generation Vigilant Solutions (Motorola Solutions) camera models.• Cameras must offer high–resolution imaging, with a minimum of 8 MP (megapixels); higher resolutions are preferred for critical or high–traffic areas.• Contractor shall supply and install Cat6 Plenum–rated cabling (yellow) to each camera location.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
