(1) Vendor needs to provide indoor air quality services to the government authority located in Marlboro, MD.– Identify sources of indoor air quality contaminants. – Analytical testing, data evaluation, and detailed reports. – Investigate HVAC system design and operation relating to IAQ issues. – Identify pollutant sources / pathways and driving forces that may contribute to poor air quality. – Management of media and building occupants. – Project management of remediation projects to include the development of plans and specifications. – Basic indoor air quality investigations. – Environmental issue specification preparation. – Failed and/or moldy chilled water pipe insulation evaluation and /or project design, monitoring and installation oversight during removal and reinstallation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
