(1) Vendor needs to provide social media agency services. – Provide day–to–day execution and implementation of paid and organic social media activities in support of international airport’s communications objectives.– Provide on call marketing and graphic design services in support of international airport’s strategic, operational, and revenue–generating objectives.– Advertising strategy, media planning and buying, creative design, content creation, influencer engagement, and interactive support at scale.– Increased engagement and reach among key traveler and stakeholder audiences, supported by measurable performance metrics. – High–quality creative and content delivery that supports both day–to–day communications and large–scale campaigns.– Organic Social Media Support:• Create and format social media content based on messaging and creative direction providedby the international airport’s strategy team.• Adapt approved content for platform–specific requirements and best practices.– Paid Social Media Implementation:• Execute paid social media campaigns based on the international airport’s communications objectives and approved media plans.• Configure audience targeting, campaign settings, budgets, placements, and flight dates.– Creative Asset Production:• Design and produce digital assets for paid and organic social media.• Resize and adapt creative for multiple platforms and placements.– Content Scheduling and Publishing:• Maintain publishing schedules across all social media platforms.– Paid Media Monitoring:• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing.• Adjust budgets, targeting, placements, and creative based on performance.– Onsite Content Support:• Photography of organizational events, facilities, programs, and initiatives.• Videography to support social media, digital advertising, and other communications efforts.• Capture of short–form video content optimized for social media platforms.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
