(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm maintenance service to the government authority located in Manteno, IL.  – Provide all labor and materials for the maintenance, monitoring, repair, and inspection of fire alarms and fire related equipment.– Inspect, pursuant to the latest version of national alarm and signalling code, NFPA 72, test, and maintain equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.– Monitor fire alarm system on a 24/7 basis and contact the facility designated representative if an alarm or failure occurs.– Coordinate system work schedule with chief engineer office, fire and safety officer or other designated representatives, to prevent interruption of critical building systems, equipment and accessibility and to ensure proper notification to building occupants.
