DISPOS-9877 - USA (Aspen, Colorado) - Trash and Recycling Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide trash and recycling services to the government authority located in Aspen, CO. – Provide scheduled trash and recycling collection services for designated agency facilities.– Furnish, maintain, repair, and replace collection containers as needed.– Coordinate service schedules and respond to requests for service modifications.– Provide on–call services, including extra pickups, container swaps, and roll–off services.– Monitor waste streams for contamination and notify the Environmental Health and Sustainability Department of contamination issues.– Support the agency's waste diversion and greenhouse gas reduction goals.– Assist with tracking and reporting waste generation data for sustainability and greenhouse gas inventory purposes.– Provide special event waste, recycling, and compost collection services upon request.– Communicate with the environmental health and sustainability department on a regular basis about contamination, improvement proposal, and service changes requests.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 7, 2026.
