(1) Vendor needs to provide vulnerability assessment service to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA.• Provide GIS data for the assets to be assessed, and criteria used to developthis asset inventories.• The inventory will also include insight on asset sensitivity (or impact) and adaptive capacity.• Provide guidance on 3–5 sea level rise model scenarios to be used in the assessment• Review draft deliverables, provide consolidated feedback.• Confirming the inventory of key assets to be analyzed based on an initial inventoryand criteria provided by the City’s technical committee.• Confirming sea level rise hazardous elements such as depth over ground as well asduration and velocity of coastal floodwater(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
