Vendor needs to provide transcription services.– The Contractor shall provide transcription services for recorded interviews, based on a “Per Minute” rate. Requirement may average 2000 minutes of transcription per month.– All transcription documents shall be in Microsoft Word format and must be editable. Transcribed documents may be requested and sent through a web–based system.– Contractors shall be able to upload and send media via encrypted email and same in return to expedite investigations.– All transcription documents shall be made available on a secure (encrypted in rest and transport), reliable, and user–friendly computer–based shared site to be accessed by staff. Site shall be maintained by the contractor. Transcriptions shall be maintained for 30 days each.– All transcription documents shall have an accuracy level of 99%–100%, and formatted as follows:– Should include the name of each speaker, listed in a question–and–answer format, case title, page number, and identification of Transcription Company.– The Contractor shall provide all transcribed documents in a timely manner: within 48 hours, due to the high priority investigations.
