(1) Vendor needs to provide partnerships and corporate relations strategic approach services.– Assistance in developing a more strategic and holistic approach to corporate partnership and sponsorship relations– Process includes, but not limited to, the execution of an comprehensive partnership review and the identification, assessment, and valuation of campus–wide sponsorship assets, including current sponsorships and potential available assets across the university system and its five campuses.– Identify, evaluate, and maximize opportunities for corporate sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and public–private collaborations that enhance the University's mission while generating sustainable external revenue.– Complete a comprehensive review of current sponsorship assets, partnerships, and public–private relationships across the University.– Assess the effectiveness and market value of existing sponsorship agreements through comparative analysis and industry benchmarking.– Develop a centralized sponsorship asset inventory and database documenting current and potential opportunities, associated benefits, audiences, and valuation estimates– Evaluate opportunities for corporate engagement that support academic programs, student success initiatives, research activities, community outreach efforts, and institutional advancement goals.– Increases revenue generation through corporate sponsorships and partnerships– Expands meaningful business and industry relationships– Establishes a scalable framework for the long–term management and growth of sponsorship assets across the University.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
