(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate round 8 last mile and WAN fiber circuits services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Requires fiber–based metro–ethernet transport services between Identified Service Locations.– Monitoring and maintaining connections as well as proactively responding to network issues that may negatively impact connectivity.– Perform requested bandwidth upgrades no more than 30 business days after receiving an order.– Maintain and honor quality of service tagging between the customer premise equipment and the ICN interconnect point.– Service must be guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth.– Service must remain in service 7x24x365 with <=18 milliseconds delay one way and Jitter <= 12 milliseconds one way.(2) The contract period will be for seven years.
