(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Brookfield, WI.• Includes construction of the new two–story facility.• Installation of two different Owner procured primary filtration pilot units and associated appurtenances.• Construction of two new wet wells.• Construction of a new conference room, laboratory, restrooms, office, fire protection system, electrical room, and mechanical room.• Installation of electrical, controls, building mechanical, and process mechanical equipment.• Open cut excavation to install process piping.• Construction of bioswale and pervious pavement.• Connection to existing utilities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting had been held on October 10, 2026.
