(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health crisis and developmental services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Crisis Intervention Services.– Creative and Media Services:• Campaign strategy and concept development.• Message development tailored to specific audiences.• Graphic design for digital and print (brochures, flyers, infographics, etc.).• Video production (concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, and post–production).• Copywriting and editing for campaigns, websites, and publications.• UI/UX design and visual design support for websites and apps.– Interpreter Services:• On–Site Interpretation: Provide interpreters at specified locations as required.• Telephonic Interpretation: Offer phone–based interpretation services.• Video Remote Interpretation (VRI): Supply interpreters through video conferencing platforms.– Answering Services:• Professional phone answering services provided from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. weekdays, weekends beginning at 4:30 p.m., Friday until 8:00 a.m. Monday, and the 13 holidays.– Mental Health Crisis Intervention Services.– Family–Based Mental Health Services.– Homeless Outreach Caseworker Services(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
