ANIM-9635 - USA (Oregon) - Public Art Technician Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public art technician services.– Clean and perform routine and periodic maintenance on artworks including, but not limited to, cleaning metal sculpture; touch–up painting; reapplying protective coating on wood objects; waxing bronze sculpture.– Coordinate with artists, other contractors, fabricators, conservators, and consultants as needed to complete assigned work.– Provide photo documentation of before and after conditions of all maintenance, repairs and restoration.– Recommend and perform artwork restoration or conservation treatments in coordination with a professional art conservator when warranted.– Perform other related duties as assigned by public art program staff.– Monitor artworks in the collection for vandalism, theft and general conditions.– Custom mosaic–work is optional under this contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08. 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
