EDUCATION-17646 - USA (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) - Defensive and Arrest Tactics and Professional Communications Skills Training Service - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide defensive and arrest tactics and professional communications skills training service to the government authority located in Milwaukee, WI.             – For the delivery of 4–day training classes covering Defensive and Arrest Tactics and Professional Communications Skills (PCS) strategies and best practices.– Training classes will be conducted over the course of 1 week and be delivered on–site at agency to new and existing agency Public Safety Officer (PSO) personnel. • Agency Public Safety Officers are not sworn law enforcement officers. • Contractor shall provide defensive and arrest tactics training current professional communications skills personnel (officers, supervisors). • Agency anticipates staffing increases during the contract term. • Contractor shall provide all instruction and documentation necessary for participants to successfully complete and receive applicable defensive and arrest tactics Certification upon satisfactory completion of the training, in accordance with the Contractor's certification standards. – All training areas shall be incorporated into the 4–day training schedule. The full training course must be 32 hours of content (8 hours per day). – Training shall be a combination of classroom–style instruction and hands–on training exercises. – Training may be delivered in either a staggered format (e.g. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) or all in consecutive days (e.g. Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday). – Training shall be delivered during normal business hours, starting no earlier than 8am and ending no later than 5pm. (2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
