(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based behavioral health management system. – Providing a secure, web–based software data management system, referred to as the Behavioral Health Management System (BHMS), for the state.– System serves as the central platform for data collection, validation, subrecipient monitoring, and reporting for state–funded.– Data Collection and Performance Measurement:• Capture client–level treatment and service data from state–funded providers to continuously measure the performance and effectiveness of outpatient and residential programs managed by the agency.– Capacity Management:• Provide robust bed and waitlist management tools for residential treatment providers.– Customizable Infrastructure:• Develop and implement additional features or modules, as requested by the agency, to meet the changing needs of the system.• Provide advance written notice to the agency prior to changing primary cloud infrastructure or sub processor hosting providers.– Integrated Eligibility and System Tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
