(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced metering infrastructure (ami) system. • Evaluation, recommendation, furnishing, installation, integration, configuration, testing, commissioning, and support of a complete turnkey Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system.• Replacement of approximately 3,500 existing water meters with smart metering technology, implementation of an AMI communications network, integration with the city's existing customer information system (CIS) and billing software, deployment of a city and customer web portal, staff training, warranty services, and all other work necessary to provide a fully operational AMI solution• Billing System Integration: Integrate the proposed AMI system with the City's existing Tyler InCode 10 Customer Information System (CIS) and utility billing platform• Direct system integration, application programming interfaces (APIs), secure file transfer, import/export processes, or other proposer–recommended integration• Customer Portal: Implement a secure customer portal that provides utility customers with convenient access to water consumption information and account–related services.• AMI system to include an intuitive customer portal that provides customers with convenient access to water consumption information, historical usage trends, leak notifications, billing–related information, and other utility communications• Revenue Management: accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and overall management of its utility billing processes and customer consumption records through the implementation of a complete Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 4, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Aug 26, 2026.
